2016, A Year of New Beginnings

A Million Plus Occupy NYC for another New Year Celebration, it started tonight Dec. 30, 2015.

December 30th, 2015...? Where has the time gone? If you are like me, I find myself contemplating what my New Year 2016 will look like and maybe even ask myself where will I be this time next year. It seems this year and a few other years recently have felt like they are speeding by, am I right?

We look at the News and most of what they report to us is bad. The weather has gone nuts, two teams of idiots who want to take over our government and then you realize your children are growing up and moving out. A parent dies or we say goodbye to an Aunt or dear friend, our lives are changing without asking us for permission as people marry or decide they need to break up. I stare at my finances thinking "well, it seemed like a good year when I was working on all those projects, where did all the money go?" Like many, I start looking over files from my work over the past year getting ready for the tax season ahead. Trying to make sense out of the lack of funding, yet again. Makes you want to just sit in the floor and cry. Boo hoo... Right?

Shame on Us! ENOUGH already, Too MUCH NEGATIVE ENERGY! This is our challenge and Fight of 2016! I saw it on Facebook post after post and now, "since I am no longer a member of Facebook", I too join my friends and family in saying I am going to Fight becoming Negative Nancy and Debbie Downer this new year. It is time to focus on those with us, the friends we miss seeing, the jobs we want from our network, the fun that we could be having if we were not sitting in front of Facebook for hours. Yes, I miss it already and I am still waiting for the backups to download so I can keep all my posts and photos. Long story why I left Facebook, that's another blog entry. It is time to get things done in 2016.

Besides, with all the extra time on my hands staying off of Facebook, maybe I will finish the two kid's books and the musical book I have been working on over the last couple years. Yes, it is time to get serious, get happy and finish what we started. Care to join me?

If you have come to the blog from Facebook, don't feel like I left just to get everyone to quit the evil FB. No, I did it to free up my life. I started this blog because many people said they would miss my posts and crazy comments. Well, now all my crazy posts are going to be here, for those that might want to know what I am doing in NYC or what I think about this or that topic.

Next Blog topic, OUR GOVERNMENT! Do you agree? We need to do something before they sell the whole damn country away from us and put us in concentration camps. No, I don't believe that will really happen, but I did see there are some people out there around this country that do think it might be possible, if not they believe in other worse scenarios. Not going to post about those, too Negative to post.I am going to do some research and find out how we are all going to join together and be PROACTIVE in 2016! This is Our Country and THEY work for US! We are going to work on getting together again and helping TELL THEM WHAT WE WANT THEM TO DO FOR US! PERIOD! If THEY don't want to help us, then WE are going to get RID OF THEM!

Get Ready everyone, 2016 is bound to be thrilling, prosperous and joyful! We will help each other get through the natural disasters and together we will continue to give all glory and honor to our God in heaven. If that is your choice. As for me and my circle, they either join me or love me just the way I am. Besides, I am not apologizing for my faith in 2016. I'll live my life and you can live yours. We can agree or disagree and still live in the same country in peace.
